Tucked away in the Starland District, Heeler Supper Club is quietly pushing the boundaries of what a dining experience in Savannah can be. With just around a dozen seats and a very simple kitchen setup, the team is creating some of the most imaginative dishes you will find anywhere in the city, and they taste every bit as good as they look. Chef George Kovach brings a serious Michelin star pedigree from his years working in some of the country's most respected kitchens, but the experience is just as much shaped by Shannon Foeller. Shannon runs the room and keeps the whole evening flowing, drawing on years in hospitality and a deep understanding of food, and service to create an atmosphere that feels warm, personal, and a little bit electric.
