Dottie's has now started their dinner service. We came away highly impressed. One of the things that was apparent is that they can flat out cook. Chef Christopher has a deep team of talented chefs. The dinners are super creative without being pretentious. But you will notice the attention to detail. Another thing that you'll notice is they make so much in-house. I think this just goes back to how talented the team is. They're keeping the seating at the bar, which is a lot of fun. But it also keeps a limited amount of reservations that they can take. Between the limited seatings, and the incredible food we really think this is going to be a hot ticket item. We're already excited about going back!
