From November 29 through December 22, the Daymark Lawn at The Park at Eastern Wharf will transform into Santa’s Grotto, a festive open-air venue overlooking the Savannah River. The new outdoor space invites local companies to host their holiday parties surrounded by twinkling lights, lush décor, and sweeping riverfront views.

At 2,750 square feet, the Daymark Lawn can hold up to 100 guests comfortably, with plenty of room for mingling, music, and merriment. Each rental comes fully dressed for the holidays—high-top tables with linens, chairs, colored lights, and pathway lanterns already in place—so businesses can simply show up and celebrate. For those looking to take it up a notch, tents, wooden chairs, and outdoor heaters are available by request.

What makes Santa’s Grotto especially appealing is its simplicity. Instead of booking a standard ballroom or a crowded restaurant, companies get a ready-to-use holiday setup with no heavy lifting required. The riverfront lawn is already decked out in seasonal charm, making it both turnkey and affordable, with weekday rentals starting at $500.
